Customer has reported very slow internet connection with Charter in the Columbia Area located in the Hatcher Lane Area.

We have reports of network issues that seem to be affecting the Columbia Tennessee area. 04-03-2019 1016 hours.
This ended up being a local issue with the customers hardware. 04-03-2019 1200 hours.

We have received that there are several issues in the Columbia TN area related to Charter Spectrum internet.
This has been confirmed.

We have had many reports from customers that the storms in the Columbia TN area have caused many issues with Charter Internet.

We have noticed an issue with invoices for the month of March for hsoting customers. At this time it appears not to affect any other customer invoices.
