We will be launching some new plans in the near future that will include site monitoring that will alert you, and us of course, if your site goes offline.
We already have monitoring for our servers but that service does not monitor the sites and apps themselves.

Also, please note that old pans will not qualify for this but all new plans will going forward. Any customer may upgrade their plan if they choose.
